sex and the city

i have just watched the season six series of sex and the city and i must say, it was really good! i haven't watched it much, but i still couldn't wait to see who carrie will end up with, if charlotte did end up with harry, if samantha would forever see men as just for sex and if miranda and steve would get back together. i think all of us have a bit of carrie, charlotte, miranda and samantha inside all of us. well, every single girl, i guess. and being single, i saw myself in all those sex and the city episodes. but i think it's more than that... i think the show speaks for everywoman..... we always look for the character we would most identify with. for a long time i thought i was carrie. or miranda. or carrie....but at the near end of the sixth season... it dawned on me that i was closer to being a miranda than i ever was. i was a miranda!!!! i never thought it would end like that. hmmmmm.... and her steve was the kind of guy (character wise. photogenically, steve was sort of nerdy looking. not the kind of guy i would go for. it's a mystery, isn't it? maybe i will end up with a guy i wouldn't normally go for. whoa.)....i was looking for. sweet, romantic, very real. surreal, more like. he knew exactly what to say, he deeply loved miranda. i wish i can find a guy who will love me like that!!! there are more of those on screen guys who i wish would love me like that but steve in sex and the city pretty much sums it up. right to when they get married. i hope when i DO get married i will be marrying a friend who would also happen to be my bestfriend. someone who i can be comfortable growing old with the rest of life. ahh... but doesn't everybody?
